Acacia Ridge Vineyard Yarra Valley


A $2,000 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. If you need to change your wedding date we will happily do so as long as the new proposed date is available. Please transfer your deposit to: Valley Vine Events BSB 063 594 Account 10390364 (Valley Vine Events is owned by Catherine Ford ABN: 17615579630 and manages the wedding events for Acacia Ridge)

Leaving items at Acacia

During the period of pre and post wedding preparation and final collection of items Acacia Ridge and/or Valley Vine Events will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to items on the property.

Final Payment

Your final guest numbers and payment must be confirmed 4 weeks prior to your wedding. The function must conclude at 11pm with all guests departing promptly from the venue (please ensure transport if required has been pre booked)


A $1,000 security deposit will be required the week of your wedding to be held by Valley Vine Events in the event that there is damage or loss to the property of Acacia Ridge caused by either your guests or contractors.
